The Ministry usually issues the work permit within 5 working days of receiving all of the required documents.

How long is the validity of a UAE work permit?
When you first receive a work permit, it is valid for 30 days and can be extended for another 30. This allows you to stay in the country for 60 days, during which time you and your employer must arrange for a Residence Visa, an Emirates ID, and your Labour Card.
