Arrival in Tashkent at 16:15 PM; the guests will be met by an English-speaking guide outside the Airport
with a placard.
Upon arrival, the guests will be transferred to the hotel for check-in and freshen-up.
The guests will start an evening city tour of Tashkent:
“Independence” Square with beautiful park and fountains;
Romanov Residence (Outer View) – One of the unusual monuments of Tashkent is the Prince
Romanov residence, built in 1891 in the center of the city, under the project of architects A.L. Benoit
and V.S. Geyntseltsman. This is a one-story private residence of Nikolay Konstantinovich Romanov,
who was a grandson of Emperor Nicholas I, and who was exiled by his royal parents to Tashkent in
1877 to live there until his death in 1918;
Amir Temur Square – A monumental square with fountains & esplanades around an equestrian
statue of 1300s ruler Timur; From the same square guests can also see Palace of International
Forums and Tashkent Chiming Clocks (More than 60 years Tashkent chimes are a symbol of peace
and friendship of the city. This is not just a clock, not just the tower, but something more, the first
character that comes to mind at the mention of Tashkent. Every quarter of an hour, hour and half hour
bell beats the main clock of Tashkent city.
Opera and Ballet Theatre named after Alisher Navoi (Outside View Only) – constructed by the
Japanese prisoners after 2nd World War (In case if the guests wish to see the show that will be
suggested separately);
In the evening, our guests will have the pleasure of visiting Broadway Alley, a vibrant pedestrian
street brimming with a multitude of entertainment options. This bustling thoroughfare is adorned
with live music, talented performers, charming kiosks, inviting cafes, lively bars, exquisite restaurants,
and enticing shopping centers, creating an immersive experience that caters to every taste and
preference.

DAY 2
10th August, Thursday
SAMARKAND
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. v Transfer to Tashkent Railway Station. Departure to Samarkand by AFROSIYOB bullet train (Departure is at 07:30 and arrival at 09:40). v Upon arrival starting a city tour in Samarkand: Ø Gur Emir Mausoleum – a burial vault of Timurids dynasty (XIV – XV c.c.); Ø Ruhabad Mausoleum (House of Spirit) (14th c.); Ø Registan square with three madrasahs: Ulugbek Madrasah (XV c.), Sherdor Madrasah (XVII c.) and Tilla Kori Madrasah (XV – XVII c.c.); v Lunch at own. v After lunch transfer to the hotel for check-in and fresh-up. v At 15:00 continue the city tour: Ø The architectural complex Shakhi-Zinda (Alive king) (11-19th cc.) (is one of the most mysterious and unique architectural monuments of Samarkand. It consists of rows of refine sparkling blue colors tombs); Ø Bibi Khanim Mosque (XV c.) – the biggest medieval building in the city. Ø Visiting oriental bazaar – Siab where guests can do shopping and enjoy the ancient colorful market; Ø Visiting Silk Carpet Factory and Studio of Abdul Akhad who will give an interesting talk on traditional carpets of the region. v Dinner at own. DAY 3
11th August, Friday
BUKHARA
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out.
Transfer to Samarkand Railway Station. Departure to Bukhara by AFROSIYOB bullet train
(Departure is at 09:50 and arrival at 11:40). Upon arrival the guests will be met by the English-speaking
guide outside the railway station and the will be transferred to the restaurant for a lunch.
Lunch at own.
After lunch the guests will be shifted to the hotel for check-in and fresh-up.
At 14:30 starting a panoramic city tour of Bukhara:
Ø Citadel Ark (IV c.) – city within the city. (This Fortress has been the residence of Bukhara’s rulers since the first century AD and is one of the city’s most iconic structures; Ø Ulughbek Madrasah (XIV c.); Ø The majestic “Lyabi-Hauz” Ensemble (dated XIV-XVII centuries), which includes the largest artificial reservoir of medieval Bukhara, “Kukeldash Madrasah”, “Nadir Divan-begi Madrasah” and “Nadir Divan-begi Khanaka”; Ø “Poi Kalon” Ensemble (Pedestal of the Great), religious heart of Sacred Bukhara, consists of “Minaret Kalon” (XII c.), “Kalon Mosque” (XV-XVI cc.), “Miri Arab Madrasah” (XVI c.); Ø Spending some time at Medieval Trade domes: Tim of Abdullah Khan, Toki Zargaron, Toki Sarrafon, Toki Telpak Furushon (XV-XVI cc.). v At 19:30 guests will enjoy Fasion and folklore music and uzbek traditional dance show at Nadir Devon Begi Madrasah with tea and sweets. DAY 4
12th August, Saturday
BUKHARA – KHIVA
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out.
At 09:00 the guests will continue the city tour of Bukhara:
Chor-Minor Madrasah (XVIII c.) The Chor Minor is one of the most charming and quirky buildings in
Bukhara, all the more surprising because, built in 1807, it dates from a period of suffocating cultural
stagnation;
“Ismael Samani Mausoleum” (the unique brick-made tomb of Samanids’ dynasty, which was built at
the end of IX – beginning of X centuries);
Transfer to Sitorai Mohi-Khosa Palace (the residence of last Emir of Bukhara – Emir Alim Khan),
located 4 km from Bukhara.
Transfer to the Memorial complex of the great Sufi and Saint Sheikh Bahauddin Naqshbandi – the
pilgrimage site of the founder of one of the largest and most influential Sufi Muslim orders, the
Naqshbandi.
Lunch at own.
After lunch drive from Bukhara to Khiva through Kyzylkum Desert (about 6 hours drive.).
Upon arrival to Khiva, the guest will check in to the hotel and freshen up.

DAY 5
13th August, Sunday
KHIVA

At 09:00 the guests start with a guide a walking Panoramic city tour in Ichan Kala, inner town of old Khiva.
Dating back more than 2500 years, Khiva was added to the UNESCO world heritage list and called as a
«Museum under the sky». Khiva is described as being part of the fairytale «Thousand and One nights», and
visitors can spend days exploring the palaces and majestic homes, mosques and mausoleums, shops, arches,
domes and minarets that have become iconic, discover Khiva’s culture, stories and legends with
entertaining and passionate local guides. Especially with evening lights all heritages turn into golden and
charming look. The city has more than 50 architectural monuments in the ancient inner-town (Ichan
Kala). The guests will be able to see the following monuments:
Ata Darvaza, which was built in 1842 and is the main gate of Ichan-Kala, located in the western part of
the city;
Minaret Kalta-Minor, which is unfinished minaret, but has become a real symbol of the city. It amazes
with its size and unique design;
Kunya-Ark Citadel, which was the Khiva’ rulers’ fortress and residence and first built in the 12th
century AC;
Juma Mosque (10th c). Mosque is interesting for the 218 wooden columns supporting its roof. The few
finely decorated columns are from 10th century mosque;
Islam Khoja Complex: consists of Islam Khoja Minaret, which was built in 1908 by Prime Minister of
Khiva Khanate and it’s the symbol of the country and Islam Khoja Madrassah, which is an
architectural complex, reflecting the influence of the time and the spirit of creative inspiration of
craftsmen;
Pakhlavan Makhmud Mausoleum (14th-15th cc) is one of the symbols of Khiva as well as one of the
finest works of Khiva of middle of XIX century. Pakhlavan Mahmud is a poet, philosopher, legendary
wrestler and an extraordinarily compassionate man – it is no wonder Pahlavan Mahmud became
Khiva’s patron saint;

After lunch continue city tour in Khiva:
Visit Tash-Khovli Palace (18th c) is the main palace of the rulers of Khiva. It is truly considered a
masterpiece of Khorezm architecture;
Caravansarai Allakulikhan – it is an important center for traders in the ancient city Khiva;
Nurullabay Sarai – one of the most beautiful palaces of Khiva Khan’s. Guests can check there ceramic
and miniature stores.

DAY 6
14th August, Monday
TASHKENT
Breakfast at hotel and check-out.
At 07:00 the guests will be transferred to Urgench Domestic Airport for the flight Urgench –
Tashkent. Departure is at 09:20 and arrival to Tashkent is 10:40.
Upon arrival to Tashkent the guests will be met by English-speaking guide outside the airport and continue
the panoramic tour in Tashkent:
“Lal Bahadur Shastri Memorial” (dedicated for the memory of ex. PM of India, who passed away in
Uzbekistan.
Khast Imam Complex (15th c), which includes: Barak Khan Madrasah, Tillya-Sheikh Mosque, Imam
Kaffal Shashi Mausoleum, Muyi Muborak Madrasah, Khast Imam library which holds one of the oldest
Koran (8th c.) belonging to third caliph, Uthman ibn Affan;
The Museum of Applied Arts (At present, the treasuries of the pearl museum contain applied art
created by the hands of masters, protected from the first half of the 19th century to the present day.
Indeed, the priceless monuments of material and spiritual culture presented in museums are rare
witnesses of our history. In the halls of the museum you get real pleasure from the miracles created by
human hands, from the uniqueness of each sample. The museum will be guided by DIlnoza
Narzullaeva, Head of the Department of the Museum, she will give a talk on Uzbek arts and crafts,
ceramics to chapan coats and traditional doppi hats from the Silk Road, then will be followed by visit to
their store where you can buy ceramics, ikat, suzani and other souvenir stuff;

After lunch transfer to the hotel for check-in and refreshment.
At 15:00 continue the city tour:
Tashkent TV Tower (It is the 12th tallest TV Tower in the world and the tallest building in Central
Asia);
“Memorial of Repressions Victims” with the traditional ornaments (The complex consists of the
park, museum and rotunda with the symbolic nephrite tomb. It is devoted to raising awareness about
repression during the tsarist and Soviet eras);
Subway of Tashkent (the first subway in Central Asia and one of the most beautiful in the world with
attractive decorations of each station).
Transfer to an internationally renowned Fashion Studio and enjoy a textile talk on silk & ikat by local
designer Muhayo Aliyeva. Guests can also purchase their silk and ikat products;
Transfer to Chorsu Oriental Bazaar (one of the ancient markets where guests can buy the best quality
of dry fruits, nuts, ikat fabrics and souvenirs);
At 19:00 our esteemed guests will be graciously transported to the enchanting “Magic City”, an amusement park inspired by the realm of fairy tales.
