Family Reunification Visa for Germany

We are Visa Consultants for Germany. The Family Reunification Visa for Germany is a priority for Indian Persons working in Germany. Since they want families to join them and settle. foreign highly skilled workers working and residing in Germany can bring their families to Germany through the Visa process of family reunification.

Checklist for Family Reunification Visa

1. Valid passport (issued within the last 10 years and valid for at least another year as of the date of visa application; the passport must have at least two empty pages
2. Application form, declaration form and contact information form duly filled & signed  
3. Personal cover letter explaining the exact purpose and duration of stay
4.  Additional questionnaire duly filled & signed
5.  Copy of the first and last page and all pages containing entry stamps/visas of your passport (A4 size copy)
6.  Copy of the first and last page/ data pages and all pages containing entry stamps/visas of your spouse’s passport (A4 size copy)
7.  Certificate of residence (“Meldebescheinigung”) of the spouse living in Germany, not older than 6 months
8.  Copy of spouse’s residence permit (“Aufenthaltstitel”),
9.  Proof of marriage: – Marriage Certificate and wedding photographs
10.  Birth certificate issued under the “Births and Deaths Registration Act, 1969”
11.  School certificate/ matriculation certificate or school leaving certificate including the date of birth
12. Proof of Residence in India: Aadhaar Card and Ration card of the applicant covering the past 4 years and Voter’s ID
13. Academic degree certificate, if applicable / Proof of last qualification
14. Proof of German knowledge (A1 level): „Start Deutsch 1“ from Goethe-Institute or  “Start Deutsch 1“ of telc GmbH (The European Language Certificate) or  „Grundstufe Deutsch 1“ of the Austrian Language Diploma (ÖSD)
15. Additional documents: Invitation letter of the spouse, spouse’s employment contract, spouse’s salary slips of the past three months, and lease deed (if the spouse is already residing in Germany)
16. For children, a birth certificate and school certificate are mandatory
17. In case of documents in a regional language, a translated version of the same has to be submitted with a notary attestation.

Documents no 2-4 will be prepared by us. Any notarization, translation etc if necessary can be done by us at additional cost.
