Passport

For minor applicants

1 In case the minor is traveling with either of the parents, affidavit from the other parent.

2 Photocopy of the passport of both the parents.

3 In case the minor is traveling with another person, an affidavit from both the parents

4 Application form signed by both the parents

5 Financial documents of parents must be accompanied by a photocopy of the
parents’ passports.

Photographs

1Two recent photographs; Size: length 35mm × 45mm, Not more than 6 months old,
glossy finish, not tampered with and not from a scanned image

Without spectacles. Forehead & both ears are visible

Covering letter from the applicant

1 Purpose of travel
2 Dates of travel.
3 All cover letters must include details of any other accompanying persons as well. This includes
family members, friends or business associates traveling for the same purpose.

Travel Insurance Policy

1 Issued by the insurance company as per the EU guidelines. (See a list of approved Indian
insurance companies, Travel insurance from any Spanish company is accepted)
2 Valid for at least 15 days from the date of return to India.
3 Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros or 50,000 US $
4 Sworn declaration for travel insurance signed by the applicant.

Travel itineraries
1 Confirmed hotel accommodation.
2 Confirmed return flight tickets
3 Confirmed journey for internal travel within Spain

1 Salary slip for the last six months.
2 Original personal bank statements of the applicant (minimum last 1 year) with sufficient
   economic means for the entire duration of stay € 65.52 Euros (INR 4914 approx.) per         person
 per day of stay or € 589.68 Euros (INR 44,226 approx.) per person for a minimum period of
stay. It should have the original stamp and signature of the authorized signatory of the bank
(Online bank statements are not acceptable). This is a mandatory statement.
Photocopies if submitted, are to be stamped and signed as well.
3 Personal Income tax returns (ITR) for the last three years.
 " In case applicants do not have ITR, an official letter issued by the IT department has to   be
submitted wherein it states clearly that the applicant is exempted from paying taxes"

1 Invitation letter from the Spanish company in Spanish language or both in English and
Spanish. Letters issued only in English will not be accepted. This will be an obligatory
requirement. (Applicant’s name and date of travel must be mentioned on the letter)
2 Support letter from the Indian company (Applicant’s name and date of travel must
be mentioned on the letter)

1 Original Carta Invitation before “Policia Nacional” in case of family or friend visit.
(plus 1 photocopy of the same)
2 Self-attested copy of the passport or the DNI or residence card of the person living in Spain.

1 Invitation Letter from Spanish University /Institute- Admission Confirmation Letter
2 Transactions of the fee payment.
3 Proof of sufficient economic means. Financial documents of parents must
be accompanied by a photocopy of the parent’s passports and a letter of
responsibility.
